Good service from our waitress. Food was not that great well the steak. It was just ok. Cotton candy was delicious and I had a great time with my son. The waiters seated people to close to each other. I did not like that at all. I did not feel comfortable but I am glad I was finishing up my dinner.

Came in for bottomless mimosas, I was served one in the hour we sat at our table, no other drinks like water/lemonade were served until 30+ minutes after seated and didn’t get our order taken until 30+ minutes after being seated. Let’s just say I was not happy for it being my 21 birthday. If I could rate 0 stars I really would. New attentive servers definitely needed....

It was Easter. The menu advertised was not available. They offered four items. No substitutions. A person in our group does not eat meat and asked for the omelette option without meat. The chef said no. We were there 50 minutes without a beverage. Only two of three entrees even made it to the table. It was the single worst dining experience ever and sadly it was on Easter. We should have followed our gut to leave after nobody approached the table for the first twenty five minutes and then again when the couple across from us got up and left without receiving any items. Also, they used dirty plastic glassware to serve their champagne. I am embarrassed for them. I would never go to one of their restaurants again.
Service took a long time. Had to stand up and find our server. Only bought drinks and did not taste the food so I can’t speak on the food. Drinks were ok

Pretty good place. Nice environment with really good food and drinks. Only thing I wish was a little better was the service. We didn't get much attention when we were there but other than that the employees personality were great and tried to be very helpful in answering our questions.

Food was delicious! Outside seating was perfect once the heaters were turned on. Awesome value on the bottomless mimosas. When the server found out it was our first visit he brought us a complimentary appetizer that was delicious as well. We will definitely return.
Some food items were good (asparagus, corn, salmon), others so-so (prime rib missing the advertised crust). Never did get biscuits. Waited over 1 hour before food arrived. Ordered one steak “med rare” & it was WAY over cooked (some black spots). Waited 20 minutes more for another one. Server (Matt) very apologetic. Manager (Anthony) also came to table to make things right. Discounted our bill (at least $40) gave us a $50 gift card, offered to buy more drinks too. He clearly takes pride in the restaurant & was embarrassed by how poorly things went.
We used to love coming here, first time out as a family in over a year. Really disappointed with the experience over all. We never got biscuits/ cornbread, asked 2x. It was more than 20 minutes for the horseradish to be delivered for the prime rib, which was already cold. My tri tip was barely warm. We all love veggies, they were beyond al dente. Nobody ate them. After our plates were cleared we waited 20 more minutes for a dessert the waiter wanted us to have, on the house. We had to ask for the check, we didn’t want to wait any longer, never complained about anything, everyone was nice. We were super sad the experience has changed so much. My son’s filet was even charred...

Our server was nice, but every time we would ask for something (first time there) she was laugh but say little comments like “you guys are needy” “anything else before I leave and you call me again” I understood. My 3 kids would ask for salt, ketchup, silverware.. but we were use to having all these things at the table before Covid. I even told my kids, ask for everything now so she doesn’t have to come in and out of the kitchen, which she answered, “yes guys, Preferably guys!”
Food was without taste. And had little to no bbq sauce. We felt embarrassed to even ask for extra sauce, bbq or A1 sauce because we felt we were bothering her with all the requests. Paid more than $100 bucks for my family of 5. Which we are use too, especially because we love BBQ places. And to top it off. Got home and my husband, my 8yr old and I got an upset stomach that lasted all night. Looks good but not coming back FOR SURE!
The food was good except the ribeye was over cooked and a lot of fat, more than normal. The fire alarm went off just as we sat down and stayed on for over an hour as we had to hurry and eat and ask for the bill, as we had a 8 month old with us and she did not like the noise. You would think a manager would have come by our table and apologize or explain what and why this alarm was sounding. It ruined our who,e family dinner as it was so hard to carry on a conversation without almost yelling. Poor management to not even come by our table and offer a free desert or percentage off the bill.
Bad service . Food nothing great.
Even though we had reservations and we were not seated until 15 minutes after, overall was a good experience. They also did not have any complimentary bread (was told it ended at 6pm) they made up for it by providing us a s’mores tray which the kids enjoyed to make our overall experience great!
We reserved a table for 9 for the same night. We were treated like VIP customers! Everyone on staff was incredibly warm and attentive to our every need. Food was excellent and we highly recommend dining with this restaurant! Thank you so much for making our night perfect!
It seemed that the servers were overwhelmed, they would not come by as often, had to as for items that still had not arrived for dinner. Tables were uneven and wobbly, they did have heating lamps but it was at times overly hot.
We've been there a few times. Family loves it. The wait staff is great and the manager Anthony is 1 of the main reasons we go back. Food is great, drinks are great. Making reservations always saves time...

We were seated almost right away since we had reservation, but it was awesome nevertheless. We had to wait for the food quiet a long time, but we were served appetizers and drinks, so that was nice. The weather was a bit chilly being outside, they turned on the heater for our requests. Food quality was probably the least good.
Wouldn’t go back
Saw this on Yelp and decided to give it a try. My family and I went for lunch on Saturday. The overall experience was just ok. Our waitress was nice, but the service was pretty slow. Took a very long time for our food to come out, but they did give us a free appetizer, probably due to this reason. I honestly don’t think we would return.

We made reservations but still waited 20+ minutes to get seated. We have a lot of good memories at this place but I think they’re understaffed. It’s a popular restaurant and the workers are nice but it’s just frustrating even with reservations, the wait time is so long!
We never received our biscuits or cornbread that came with our meal and we didn’t realize until we were on our way home which bummed us out because we reaaaaalllyy like them. Other than that, my partner and I had a good time.
Went for a Sunday brunch. SERVICE was amazing if your in the Garden grove area definitely check this place out.
Waitress kept forgetting items we asked for and we had to ask her multiple times. Food was over cooked. We were sat in a horrible location close to the dumpster at the back of the restaurant. When we alerted our waitress to problems she did not show urgency or seem to care. The price we paid was too much for the horrible service and food we got. I would not go back to Saddle Ranch with my family for lunch again.
Given the circumstances, great experience, we’d go back.
