Great service and food during pandemic, made us feel like a normal date night!
Saddle Ranch did not disappoint! It was a great place to have lunch with the girls and we will definitely be back! Plus, John, our server, was incredible!
Food was great and so was the bottomless mimosas!
Everything was perfect food was good drinks were excellent overall the experience was great
Great selection, yummy food, waiters were on their toes. Got a little warm sitting outside, but a very good experience!
The food was amazing, but being one of my first times out during COVID times, I wished that the tables were farther apart and in general that there were less people present. Our waiter was doing his best (clearly), but everything took so long and the service could have been better. The music was constantly playing and it was a fun atmosphere. The bottomless mimosas were amazing and creative!
Overall, I would go back, just maybe after the mask mandate had been lifted.
Also, definitely make a reservation in advance.
Food was eh for the price, probably wouldn’t come again, just wanted to know the hype
The service was ok, took long to bring our waters, & drinks when we first sat & ordered those. Our reservations was at 7pm, we sat by 7:30pm, lots of pple, but most every table was used, there definitely wasn't no 6 ft apart on the table arrangements though, but employees did all have their mask on. Food was ok, but again took looooong for our food to come out, even our apps & more drinks, service seemed kinda slow. I order those tall pitcher like drinks ($20 bucks for that crap lol yikes) mine was supposed to be a Margarita with an upgrade on patron tequila, & omgosh that tasted super weak, watered down, ugh no bueno. I would try this place only one more time, after that, if things still go the same, I'm quitting on this Saddle place lol 🙈😂✌ #dueces lol
The food was great. The service was wonderful and the outdoor dining area accommodated everyone in a safe and comfortable manner.
Great food, good service,
I made a reservation ahead of time just to make sure we got a table with out a wait. When I arrived and they didn't have a table ready yet. They were barley looking for one for us. We only had three people . When they finally got a table ready, they say us in the very back by the restroom. Which was disappointing cause I had made a reservation ahead of time hoping we would at least get decent seating. The food was okay and service was ok as well
The customer service was great and the food was good.
Great place to go enjoy a great stake and drink. Service is great even at the outdoor dining. Me and my wife enjoy a great night!!! Love this place!!
Great service at the bar! Even in a pandemic they made you feel safe. Food was great and the drinks were even better.
We sat on a table near the Bar. The patrons near the bar were not following the COVID guidelines rules. They were standing around our table not allowing us to have our 6 feet space and not wearing mask! I informed the manager about situation and even pointed them out to him. Instead of correcting problem he asked if I wanted to be moved and told him no that why should I be inconvenienced make them follow the guidelines. He never rectify issue and I finally asked waiter if we can be moved to another table and she gladly moved us and agreed with us they were in her way too. Since they are regulars the Manager did not want to bother them even though I come here often. Poor Management
No server for 20 minutes; we had to flag someone down to order.. 2nd drink arrived really late, pretty much right before the check came. The place is good but seemed to have overcommitted themselves
Food was ok.
As for the “bottomless” mimosas, there’s a 10 minute wait period policy between ordering drinks. Our waiter made sure to inform us in our attempt to order the next round. Not to mention, the mimosas were 90% juice.
Good food, lots of heaters and we were seated next to a fire pit so very comfotable.
Was my first time at saddle Ranch. Atmosphere was great, excellent food and the service was beyond outstanding. Will definitely be back.
The only complaint I have is I made a reservation and I What’s sat in the table the only table without an umbrella obviously it’s outdoor dining but the sun was Heading our table it was hot keep in mind I made a reservation so my table should’ve been reserved I feel I should’ve gotten a better table plus the table was wobbly soon as the waiter put my drink on the table I spilled a little bit because it tilted to the side other than that food was good service was good
Overall during a pandemic this place is great! They already had a patio but just expanded it so it’s not just a tent in a parking lot. The food was really great. Everything tasted fresh and was really hot coming straight from the kitchen to us. The cotton candy that was complimentary was amazing. My son loved it and of course got it everywhere. A little cold outside during December but there are heaters I just wish the tables were a little closer to the heaters. I myself am a chef at another restaurant so it was really great being able to visit another establishment and not actually cook this meal for once. I’m sorry (not sorry) it does get tiring cooking for everyone else all the time. Just overall thank you for doing your best to stay open. And thank you for having chefs that are hanging in there through this pandemic.
Server and food was A++. Definitely coming back a soon as the stay at home is lifted.
loved the staff!!! i had a great experience for my grandmas birthday. everyone is so nice and they helped us really good.
Love this place both time they gave something on the house this time it was desert
We had a reservation when we hot there we got our table, 30 min had passed and no one had once gone to our table to see if we were ready to order. I had to het up and go look for help. When we finally placed our order for our drinks it took another 30 min to get our drinks. We had gotten mimosas and it would literally take 30 -40 min before we could get out next round. We will definitely not be back here again service was horrible..
It was very nice and food was good. It was VERY windy for outside dining
This was our second visit on thanksgiving day while traveling to the area! Both times food was great, service excellent and friendly! Will return if in the area again!
Amazing service! And food was great! Bottomless mimosas are must
Food was great. Service was mediocre. The glasses we drank out of were dirty/old. You could tell the glasses were a few years old - not the best.
Menu very good, outdoor seating safe, service horrible, we saw our waitress twice in 45 minutes; beer size good, mixed drinks tiny, acid rock music completely inappropriate for the atmosphere, gave everyone in our party a headache.
had the Hollywood burger -- should have been pretty drippy juicy -- dry. Girlfriend's ribs were good -- expensive for a smaller portion served on a huge plate. Lot of folks at the bar -- no masks, loud. Even bartenders were partially masked.
The food was good, service was a little slow....but over all we have a great dinner!
The food sat in the heat lamp for a while. The over easy eggs turned into rubber. The breakfast burrito was hot on the outside but cold in the inside. The mimosas were all juice. When asked for more champagne they said no. Didn’t bring out corn bread because they were out. And ran out of fruit. Took 8 mins to get ketchup, salt pepper, and hot sauce. Over all we were really disappointed as we all were looking forward to this Sunday brunch. 180$ down the drain. Oh well.
Went for brunch. Let me start with the good. Great location, awesome ambiance!!! The service was perfection. However, sat at the bar after we ate to catch some football, and proceeded to watch them make the "bottomless" mimosas and had to admit we were shocked. There probably wasn't' more than an ounce of champagne in each one and probably 85% juice. The bloody marys were "eh". The food, (we had breakfast) was just ok too. They overcooked the poached eggs on the benedicts, which was pretty disappointing. The gravy for the "biscuits and gravy" was actually sweet, which I found a little odd. The BEST thing about the entire experience was the jalepeno cornbread and the buttermilk biscuits they bring to your table prior to getting your meal. Maybe lunch or dinner would be better, but I advise steering clear of "bottomless" anything. It was a fun day, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, just not the food/drinks so much.
Food was prepared very well. The timing was excellent. Manager checked in on the tables. Dog friendly!
For what we paid, and the service and food had... 100% wouldn't do it again
Went for a nice dinner with my daughter. We were not disappointed. She had the Filet Mignon and I had the Rib Eye. Wow just cooked really well and the flavors just perfectly done. My server NEVER let my glass run empty which is always a pet peeve of mine. Server was very friendly and courteous from the start. Can’t wait to go back again.
We reserved a table an when we arrived they seated us outside. We asked if there was a table inside available . One person told us it was first come first serve for indoor then another person told us there was one but it was reserved . On the site to reserve a table it offers inside or outside preference but the note does say seating might be outdoor. But why not reserve indoor for reservations made? We just felt like we were getting all sorts of different answers so we left.
Waiter forgot my friends order and our last round of mimosas.
Saddle Ranch is one of my Favorite places. We came here Thursday for my Husbands birthday and he loved it. Always great food and service.
