It was very nice and food was good. It was VERY windy for outside dining
This was our second visit on thanksgiving day while traveling to the area! Both times food was great, service excellent and friendly! Will return if in the area again!
Amazing service! And food was great! Bottomless mimosas are must
Food was great. Service was mediocre. The glasses we drank out of were dirty/old. You could tell the glasses were a few years old - not the best.
Menu very good, outdoor seating safe, service horrible, we saw our waitress twice in 45 minutes; beer size good, mixed drinks tiny, acid rock music completely inappropriate for the atmosphere, gave everyone in our party a headache.
had the Hollywood burger -- should have been pretty drippy juicy -- dry. Girlfriend's ribs were good -- expensive for a smaller portion served on a huge plate. Lot of folks at the bar -- no masks, loud. Even bartenders were partially masked.
The food was good, service was a little slow....but over all we have a great dinner!
The food sat in the heat lamp for a while. The over easy eggs turned into rubber. The breakfast burrito was hot on the outside but cold in the inside. The mimosas were all juice. When asked for more champagne they said no. Didn’t bring out corn bread because they were out. And ran out of fruit. Took 8 mins to get ketchup, salt pepper, and hot sauce. Over all we were really disappointed as we all were looking forward to this Sunday brunch. 180$ down the drain. Oh well.
Went for brunch. Let me start with the good. Great location, awesome ambiance!!! The service was perfection. However, sat at the bar after we ate to catch some football, and proceeded to watch them make the "bottomless" mimosas and had to admit we were shocked. There probably wasn't' more than an ounce of champagne in each one and probably 85% juice. The bloody marys were "eh". The food, (we had breakfast) was just ok too. They overcooked the poached eggs on the benedicts, which was pretty disappointing. The gravy for the "biscuits and gravy" was actually sweet, which I found a little odd. The BEST thing about the entire experience was the jalepeno cornbread and the buttermilk biscuits they bring to your table prior to getting your meal. Maybe lunch or dinner would be better, but I advise steering clear of "bottomless" anything. It was a fun day, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, just not the food/drinks so much.
Food was prepared very well. The timing was excellent. Manager checked in on the tables. Dog friendly!
For what we paid, and the service and food had... 100% wouldn't do it again
Went for a nice dinner with my daughter. We were not disappointed. She had the Filet Mignon and I had the Rib Eye. Wow just cooked really well and the flavors just perfectly done. My server NEVER let my glass run empty which is always a pet peeve of mine. Server was very friendly and courteous from the start. Can’t wait to go back again.
We reserved a table an when we arrived they seated us outside. We asked if there was a table inside available . One person told us it was first come first serve for indoor then another person told us there was one but it was reserved . On the site to reserve a table it offers inside or outside preference but the note does say seating might be outdoor. But why not reserve indoor for reservations made? We just felt like we were getting all sorts of different answers so we left.
Waiter forgot my friends order and our last round of mimosas.
Saddle Ranch is one of my Favorite places. We came here Thursday for my Husbands birthday and he loved it. Always great food and service.
Great food and great service! Server was attentive and very helpful! Great job!
It felt so nice and normal to watch Sunday Football at an awesome establishment! The ribs were finger licking good. Go RAIDERS! ☠️
Sometimes things happen. The staff were very apologetic for messing up my order. They brought us over desserts and some tasty bread. Although I didn’t get to eat my food. They truly made up for it and took it off our bill. I look forward to coming back. The staff was great.
Great dinner and great experience ! Unforgettable night . Thank you
Super friendly staff.
Definitely not going back to this one in Orange. Poor service, old food, && our order didn’t fully come out we had to keep asking when we would be getting certain things we ordered 30+ minutes before🤦🏻♀️
Loved it! The waiter kept coming back with mimosas and made the experience fun! Wish I would’ve gotten his name!
Our service was a bit haphazard, but we managed to enjoy our meals without major incident. No mistakes on the order, however the tables seemed a bit too close for my comfort in a covid climate. There was a table next to us, and it was so close every time the server would speak to them it was directly in my earshot so I would mistakenly respond. She also would take a fairly long time to check in on us.
Excellent food. Background music is too loud.
The servers are great! The food is very good, but I come here on a regular basis. Get the STEAK!! DO NOT get the Thai chicken salad!! It's a steakhouse, so Asian salad is not their forte. The steaks and everything grilled is amazing, the Thai chicken salad had the hardest, rubbery pieces of chicken I ever had. At a restaurant, always get what they specialize. I never complained about the salad because I hate doing that, and the server was just so nice. Also the Lakers NBA finals game was taking place. There was a drunk woman screaming the whole time. But other than that it was great. Also the Half Baked Cookie al a mode was PHENOMENAL!!! I will have dreams of that all week.
We arrived on time and were seated quickly. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and appetizers ordered and another 15 minutes after that to get our drinks. The appetizers came after that. We saw they were all busy, but this was excessive. After ordering dinner there was a 17 minute time span between the first meal being served and the last person in our party of 5 of getting their meal. Both the waiter and manager apologized for the delay and they did comp two of the appetizers from our bill.
Overall everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. The food was good. Our waiter while very nice was very busy. So busy we did not try to order additional drinks because it took so long. This was our first experience at this restaurant and we may try it again but not on a busy Saturday evening.
Saddleranch used to have really good happy hour specials but not anymore. Appetizers are not 50% off drinks aren’t either. Lame. Nachos are good made for sharing portion is huge. Reservation was made for outdoor patio waitress tried sitting our group inside. Waiter was cool he made sure we had shade continued to adjust the umbrella after asking only once.
Very peaceful dinner had a
Hamburger that was spicy and my date had an excellent cob
Everything was very dirty especially for times like this
We went for the bottomless mimosas and the only good thing was being seated fast because of our reservation. The women at the front had a terrible attitude. We wld wait 20+ minutes for a refill and when we asked for anything it was an inconvenience. The waitress had 2 big parties she was serving she was too focused on them to help us who were 2 people only. The food was decent but the service will be the reason I do not return.
Our dining experience was just so-so. There was outdoor seating, but tables were pretty close together and loaded with people. The staff worked very hard and did their best to get food and drinks out to the tables ASAP. Thus starters were good, but the pizza was extremely salty, and the tri tip steak was a little dry. I might go back there for starters and a drink, but the main courses were not exceptional.
Again, kudos to the hard-working, very pleasant staff.
The staff were wonderful and accommodating
Vegan burger was 🔥. Nachos was big enough for 4.
Our server was really nice and personable. The bad part was it took over an hour to get the food and then they brought the appetizer out the same time as the food. Not great but our server did try to get us free fruit tray for our troubles. I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't that big of a deal but it probably would be if you had a schedule to keep. Food and drinks were great. The Mai Thais were awesome! Big patio for good social distancing.
Fabulous!! Thank you for the great service!! We loved it.
The waiter was really nice. But bad service, and food was not good.
Food was Ok, service sucked. Service at this location is definitely diminishing.
Service was fantastic. Food was goos but not great.
We were seated right away at a great locations....plenty of social distancing. We were provided free appetizers which were delicious and a nice variety. Our wait staff was very accomodating and quick. Overall a wonderful experience
