We had a great experience! Alec was amazing we will be back for sure
I’m so happy I chose to go here for my birthday! All the staff were super nice and no one was being a stickler a masks which was so refreshing. They have tons of TVs to watch anything you want and there was a mechanical bull inside!!! Lots of entertainment the food was delicious but my dads veggies were cold when we got them. I would definitely go again. It was a great time with no stress we had a lot of fun :)
Planned a business meal with my partner his wife and my wife. We first arrived 5 minutes early to our reservation time. Took about 10 minutes after our reservation time to be sat down. No biggie it happens. We sit and about 7-8 minutes go by before our server says she’ll be right with us. Again we give the place the benefit of the doubt and we stay. We wait another 10 minutes and she swings by again and says she’ll be right with us again. We wait another 10 minutes before deciding it was time to head out. There was about 4 ladies standing upfront talking you would think they would help eachother out and get at the bare minimum our drinks. Management is extremely poor as it seems that all the workers are selfish and don’t care to help out the servers. I understand there’s a shortage of workers and covid really messed everything up. However when there’s 4 ladies standing around upfront and the server is trying to balance 4 tables you would think one of the hosts would be kind enough as to help out specially when there was no one else waiting to be sat etc. Last time I visit that place. This was a very important meeting and we were going to celebrate. Never coming back that’s forsure.
Always delicious. Love the western theme, including their playlists. Always a good time
We have tried this place twice, and been disappointed both times. The service and food taste are lacking.
Service was poor. We asked for condiments several times from multiple people and we did not get them until the end of our meal.
Had a dinner date with friends. We ordered the prime rib, ribeye and pasta dinners.
The edamame appetizers are a MUST!!
Prime Rib and Ribeye were tasty with generous portions. No complaints. But the Cajun pasta was not satisfying. The chicken was very rubbery and undercooked. You get 4 pieces of shrimp for $12, so not worth adding.
Hailey was such an amazing hostess !!! Our party was huge and she was on top of things!!! And so sweet !! Give her a well deserved raise please!
The drinks are great food is great and our server was Becca was awesome
We went to Saddle Ranch for my best friend’s birthday. It was a first time for all of us. It was busy, but expected because it was on a Sunday and football was playing- no problem. It took our server 10 minutes to just greet us, another 15 minutes for our 1st round of Mimosa’s since they offer bottomless mimosa’s for 17.99. We never got biscuits to start off with. It took literally 20 minutes to get water on our table that I had to ask twice for. The food was subpar because my silverware was dirty and I was waiting for our server to come back and see if we were ok, but she never did and I had to get up and ask someone else for another set of silverware, ketchup, and the biscuits that my coworkers rave about.
I asked our server for another mimosa but that never came so basically spent 17.99 for 1 glass and then we need to leave to go to Disneyland and asked our server for the check that never came and I flagged the same wonderful lady down that helped us before to just let her know our server was not great or our experience and she actually the whole time was the manager but we were patient with our server and gave her plenty of options to turn it around but it never happened.
Maddie the manager apologized and gave us a gift card to come back and that she promised to turn the next time around for us. For 150.00 for 3 ladies- we could have eaten anywhere else just saying
The server let us know that she was tired and she definitely acted like it. Food and service was very slow. The "bottomless mimosas" were flat and warm. There were also served in plastic cups. The food runners brought out incomplete meals and then didn't come back. I was very disappointed with the brunch experience and, unfortunately, won't be going back.
Waitor and other staff members were very nice and accommodating!
Great time, food and service. This is one of our favorites.
First time at the saddle ranch I must say. It was a great experience. And a lot of selections on the menu that I cannot wait to go back and try
Terrible service never going back
Went for dinner with the hubby and kiddos and food and my kids loved the look of it as well.
Came here many times in the last couple of months. Everything has been spot on since coming out of covid. Steak has been really good lately actually everything including appetizers have been spot on. My overall experience the last couple times of coming here is been a plus. If you want a place to chill and have a good drink and hang out with friends I suggest this is a place to come. If it's a nice evening I suggest sitting outside and book a reservation early in the day so you can have a choice of seating and where you want to be. I suggest sitting at a high table or if there's availability sit at the bar on the outside. Actually anywhere in the facility is a great place to chill. Lots of bar seating inside.
This was our first time to this location and There was no waiting once we arrived for our reservations we were seated immediately and the staff was very friendly. Our food and drinks were delicious never disappointed when dining at saddle ranch. Our kids definitely loved it especially the giant cotton Candy
Food was great! Portions are extra large, even the cocktails! The service was fantastic, too!
The server was very personable, provided recommendations and checked in. Based on the recommendations on this being a chop house I expected a nicer atmosphere and better wine list. The prime rib was good, the behest were lackluster and cold. I would not recommend or return based on the food and atmosphere. I would also recommend stating this restaurant is inside the outlet mall
First time eating here and it won't be our last. Good drinks, food, and service. Even saw a man ride the bull.
Second time ever coming here and would DEFINITELY go again. Service was outstanding, food was amazing..my party spent hours hanging out and there was no sense of urgency for us to leave. Thanks Saddle Ranch!!
We went to celebrate a birthday and I left the server know as well when we made reservations, I reminded server regarding birthday and wanted something special and she said she does not like attention and would not want to embarrass our birthday guy which he is 26 , I said well do you have any party hats or anything she said no she was not very helpful or giving suggestions . She rarely came back to check on us and to fill our drinks. I was going to go to bar and ask for water .
Needed a late dinner after the Pro Bull riders event. Super friendly and attentive staff. Food was decent and I was thankful I could find a place that took late night reservations. I’ll keep Saddle ranch as an option the next time I am down in OC.
Service was slow and both of our dinner orders came out to the table wrong or missing items. The server did eventually get things straightened out but we had to wait for the items to come out.
Food was excellent had appetizers and entrees, everything was delicious. Our server was amazing unfortunately cannot remember her name but she made our dinner experience even better.
Brought my son in for his 9th birthday. The management and wait staff really helped create a fun experience for him. He's into western and bull riding - so the themed environment was right up his alley.
This is a great place to meet for lunch with friends or co-workers. They fun atmosphere and great food often bring out the cowboy/girl you didn't know existed.
Was looking for a place that could seat a large party without being separated at different tables. Not very crowded and made a reservation that morning. They accept walk ins which is really nice. Service was very nice. The manager got all our drink orders and brought waters and bread since our waitress was busy which was perfect. Didn’t ever feel that we had to flag someone down they were always checking on us and VERY friendly. It was everyone in our parties first time and we all left very full and satisfied. Will be going back. Great atmosphere. A little dark inside but fit the ambiance. Only thing I would say was bathrooms could have been a little cleaner otherwise everything else was perfect! Order a specialty drink you won’t regret it! :)
We actually never even got served. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, and another half hour once seated . Never saw a waiter.
The service was amazing and the food was just as good. A lot of the entrees are big enough to be shared between 2 people. It was a great experience overall.
Drinks, appetizers and waiter were amazing but on this day the chef did not pull through with my main entree ordered the Cajun pasta and there was nothing Cajun about it (this time ! I’ve ordered this before and had been dreaming about it since). Asked the chef for extra sauce and they told me to wait because they had to make it from scratch. Waited a good 40 mins for them to come and tell me they’ll just take the food off my bill so I didn’t get to enjoy dinner at all and watched every one else eat.
I was looking forward to trying this place. I read the reviews and most seemed to be very positive. We decided to go before an Angel game and unfortunately it fell way short of expectations. The service was pretty slow (other reviews said the same). The servers were nice enough, just slow to come around and refill drinks. We ordered mini cheeseburgers, a cheese pizza, fried chicken, ribs, and a New York steak. The mini cheeseburgers were the best. The fried chicken breast was only ok. It was cooked decent but lacked flavor. It had some random watery gravy on it that only made it taste worse. The New York steak was tender but overly charred. The ribs were very tender but the bbq sauce was dark (almost black) and didn’t taste fresh. I’m guessing it came from a can. The worst part was the cheese pizza. It tasted like it came out of a freezer. The cheese looked old and congealed like it had peen cooked a couple hours before and then reheated. After spending about $125 for 5 people, I don’t see the value and won’t be back.
Very poor service staff, only one person delivering food to the tables, so the food comes out very slow and cold when it reaches the table. The waitress did not come to the table when the food was being delivered to make sure it went to the correct table and customer. So the food delivery person has to personally ask the customers whose plate is this or did you order this? This should not be done in a fine dining establishment. When I addressed the waitress about the problems and late/cold food , instead of taking care of it she said she had to call a manager. The waitress also made excuses that the kitchen was congested and they lacked enough cooks to get the food out. This was alarming since it was a Monday evening and the restaurant was less than 1/4 full so there was no reason to be so slow. We also never received the complimentary sides biscuits and cornbread that comes with the meal. We asked twice for them but they were never delivered.
Sunday very busy service was not as good. Staff is young and learning how to deal with large crowds.
Fun Celebration spot, date night and brunch! I've hosted a Bachelorette brunch here too and we had a blast! I've also had a birthday dinner here. Get the cotton candy dessert! Super fun and perfect for the gram.
I've always had great service as well.
The edamame appetizer was 🤌
Not enough servers, we were there on a Sunday for brunch. Our server Davery (sp?) was very busy, she did her best to keep up with all her tables.
It took too long the get some food we had ordered to go. Our server made sure we had enough drinks while waiting.
Customer Service was slow and long. Server forgot foods, drinks, sauces etc. Fodd was bland
First time here. Came for my Birthday week. Food was delicious, Steak cooked to perfection. Drinks were tasty, bartender was on point. Staff was attentive, friendly and informative. (Justice) our server, told us about their everyday brunch with bottomless drinks! We came back the next day! Thank you (Dominic) our server the next morning. She was just as awesome and attentive. Thank you again
The family loves coming here.
