SABOR Restaurant provides a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French & Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District.

OceanWise certified, we offer Edmonton’s best, most-sustainable seafood menu as well as a meat & vegetarian options.

Professional staff, a trim but superlative wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR’s menu & atmosphere make it the perfect spot—be it in evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans hanging out with friends.

Made in house cakes are available upon request. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance, and can only be made via phone (780-757-1114). We do not allow outside cakes to be brought into the restaurant.

BODEGA Tapas Bar is a casual setting seated on a walk-in basis only. A great stop before or after a movie or show at one of the nearby theaters, BODEGA serves authentic tapas, our signature Sangria, and superb wine & cocktails.

    Food was soooo good! This restaurant has some of the best seafood I’ve ever had in the city. I can’t wait to be back. My husband and I had the 3-course sampler set. Our favourite were the shrimp, the lobster risotto, the halibut, and all the desserts.

    Food and service here were so fantastic! Really hard to compare to any other restaurants in the city. My only complaint was the price. Not of the food because it was SO good but the alcohol. It is very marked up and puts a bit of a damper on the overall dining experience.

    We went for downtown dining week event and had an exceptional meal. There was a hockey game so the restaurant was packed but service was still prompt and excellent.

    Everything from the ambience to the meal itself to the service was fantastic! We were greeted promptly and with enthusiasm. Our waiter was passionate about the food and wine and made excellent suggestions for us. The menu was extensive, the food was high quality rich in flavor and the portions were filling. We went for downtown dining week and ordered the special menu which included the "Caldeirada" (Portuguese Seafood Stew) and it did not disappoint! They should consider putting it on the menu permanently. We will definitely be back!

    We celebrated our anniversary at SABOR last night and it was truly wonderful. The food was sublime, the service was attentive and unhurried, and we felt very catered to. I have a dairy sensitivity and this was accommodated easily. The hostess even kindly took a photo of the two of us as we were leaving. It was a lovely evening and helped us celebrate a special day together.

    The back room on Friday, is lovely and cozy. My server was a delight, she kept the wine flowing and never interrupted at an inconvenient time. Food was amazing as it is every visit. In my top 10 aways.

    Simply one of the best restaurants in Edmonton. We had the catch of the day, which was two wonderful pieces of fish. And excellent service with Bailey made it an even more memorable dinner. Will be back for special occassions in the future.

    We celebrated our Anniversary last night. The food and wine was fabulous! We enjoyed the family style dinner with 3 appetizers, 2 types of fish, the Lobster risotto was amazing and delicious desserts. They were able to accommodate out dairy free request. Thank you for an incredible evening!

    They lost my reservation I made a month prior through Open Table. It was my husband’s birthday and he doesn’t like me telling people about it, so I let them know through my reservation. Which was lost. Was lucky to get a table when we got there as it was so busy. Disappointing since it was our first time there.

    The service was fabulous and the food was also very good. We went just prior to the Juno Awards and it was great that we were able to be in and out in approximately 1 hour. The one thing I will say is, $23.00 for a glass of wine is a tad high!

    Fantastic food, especially if you like seafood. Best calamari we have had this side of the Atlantic, bar none, the piri piri prawns were also excellent. Highly recommend the lobster risotto as well!
