We came here for dinner before I proposed to my girlfriend. She is pregnant and ordered a mock tail, the server switched our drinks and gave her the drink that I ordered that had alcohol. My girlfriends food came out and after over 20min I asked the waitress to check on my food that still didn’t come out. She came back and admitted she didn’t ring it in and it was her fault. My food came out quickly but we didn’t even get to eat our meals together because of the mistake. No Managment came over to check in on us with the mistakes that were made and I didn’t want to make a big deal over it and spoil the night that was supposed to be special to us. I am extremely disappointed because this is one of our favorite restaurants and why I chose it for the special night.

The ambiance was great. The sushi was very good and our server Laura G was excellent. The managers were much less friendly and did not engage customers and openly complained to servers on the floor in front of others. The restaurant wasn’t crowded so it was an odd situation. I always enjoy S3 when I’m in town but this particular time wasnt to the typical standard.

Been here a handful of times over a few years. Last was 6 months ago and all was good. This time a party of 7 of us came for Sunday brunch. It started with the champagne bar being out of several ingredients which was disappointing given the $50/person cost. We ordered a few appetizers and then each had a meal. The server explained the meals would come out at separate times which would be great if it meant they were hot, but nothing we had was hot by the time it reached our table. And the meals were so staggered that two of us had finished well before the last meal arrived.

Service was great. Nice view of the beach. Valet parking was cheap and convenient. Good was amazing and with a unique twist. I went for brunch and it was better than I expected. Birthdays there is a must!

Amazing Dine Out special dining experience! 4 courses for $45! Wok charred edamame were exceptional and large serving. Generous serving of spicy tuna roll. Large fillet of grilled salmon with quinoa and cauliflower (great!) and white blondie skillet cookie wonderful. Excellent service and friendly hosts also. All around greet experience

I had a spectacular time at this restaurant, Devin my server was engaging and suggestive. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio, there was a balance of heat and breeze from the night air. My only qualm is that I couldn't locate parking the area was dark and I circled twice before I saw a sign tucked against the building that parking was at the hotel entrance and even that was hard to locate because it was so dark. Amazing experience overall :)

Great atmosphere. Food was absolutely disgusting. When I say it’s overrated I mean it’s overrated. I could have gotten a better wagyu steak at Longhorn and a whole lot cheaper. Then, we came for a birthday and they did nothing special for us. We saw 5 other birthdays being celebrated. Got nothing!

I took my Mother and family members here to celebrate her birthday and left disappointed and hungry. The food doesn’t come out together and while others ate the rest of us sat waiting for a long period of time on our food. Their reasoning for this is that they have multiple kitchens and can not coordinate meals even if they are on one ticket. The food wasn’t all that great either and was either bland and/or cold. The ambience was beautiful and we luckily got a nice table overlooking the beach but I’d never visit or recommend this restaurant. They need to work on their menu (expand it…it’s extremely limited), their service is slow, and the food isn’t great.

Our waitress was rude. She laughed at us with other clients, pretending we were complaining for nothing. but we just asked twice for some water when it should have been the first thing to bring with this heat. Then we had asked for straws and she had this passive aggressive attitude. The manager had to take over the service. And even if he was very nice and did his job (and that’s why I gave the typical 20% tip), we saw him laugh with the waitress when we left leaving us with a bad experience after all. That is why I leave this rating. Also I asked for a box for the leftovers, they forgot to bring it. I was a regular to this place because we are local. But I won’t go anymore.

Went here for my wife’s birthday. I told them in advance that I was celebrating a birthday. However, they never acknowledged it nor did, nor offered anything special. We went for brunch and wanted mimosas. So, I ordered a bottle of champagne and asked for a carafe of orange juice. The server took the order, then someone else brought the champagne. When I asked him for the orange juice, he said “they just told me about the champagne.” I had to remind the server about the orange juice and he brought me out a glass of orange juice, and said they didn’t have carafes. Eventually, he brought out a glass with a spout and we were able to serve the table. The only thing good about this restaurant was the food. It came out fast and it was tasty. I wouldn’t go there expecting great service.

It was a pretty restaurant with a nice bar. Ambiance was lovely. Service was great. Food was mid. The spicy tuna roll, lobster roll & salmon entree were just ok. Good didn’t taste as fresh as I would have liked. However, my husband and I had a nice time.

We ate at the bar for lunch, beautiful atmosphere, great food and drink. Service was just ok but the food was so good it convinced us to come back for dinner. We made a reservation and showed up on time. We were rudely greeted by a hostess that clearly didn’t care. Our server was absolutely terrible, I had to go to the bar several times to get drinks and water. We came to celebrate an anniversary ready to spend money but no one was interested in helping us. Sad part is the food and atmosphere are fantastic however will not be back.

One of the best things I ever ate, the pork bao. The table side presentation by the sous chef was great. The service with Tim was outstanding. The decor was beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

S3 is always good, they have some unique and very tasty food options. The ambiance is great, you can see the ocean from most locations within the restaurant. Our server was amazing, she was very efficient and friendly.

We sat outside so we can’t review the inside of the restaurant. The side terrace was away from the lady singing so noise level was moderate. We ordered a smoked old fashioned and it was good. For appetizers we had the crispy fried rice and the cheese croquettes. Both were delicious. The cheese croquettes had a red bell pepper sweet sauce. For main course, we ordered the Bavette (like a churrasco) and the Lobster roll. While I enjoyed the steak, I have to say that the Lobster roll was my favorite. Very light and fresh for a sushi roll.

The food at S3 was exquisite. The chefs definitely know what they're doing! I was a little upset about the service and having the manager be called to our table just because we asked for the dine out Lauderdale menu. We were told that it was not shareable. Although it states on the website that it is shareable. Great food!

Fabulous! The scallops small plate special was the star of the show. Best scallops anywhere. The edamame is fantastic. And the arrowhead roll and Korean fried chicken were also delicious. Would order all items again and would definitely dine here again. Great atmosphere.

Loved this restaurant. We rode 45 mins from Miami and it was well worth it. The mix of flavors were unexpected but so good. The best dishes were definitely the Grilled Octopus and the Chili-rubbed Bavette Steak with Yucca. I wish they had the Grilled Oysters but maybe during another visit. We will definitely be back!

The menu had changed yet again. There are almost no meat options on this menu. I enjoy fish. My partner is deathly allergic. Anaphylaxis at a table once. So ur filet was a nice alternative. Oh well, we can find someplace else. But we live near and it was a place we could walk for dinner

Great server. Explained menu and described menu choices to help make decision easier. We had a party of six and server did explain meals would not come out all together. One persons in our party meal came out very late when everyone else was almost finished with their meals and part of an order was forgot. Apologies made and those items where removed from bill. I thought that was good customer service. Overall good experience.

Love this place! Must try the spicy lobster rangoon, and don't skip out on the edamame! The sauce in the shrimp n grits also insanely good. Wish they would have had a manager address the screeching child whose parents weren't doing anything about it their entire meal... Every table was turning to look at them, and they just let the child scream.
