First, there was no food offering, just amazing drinks. The place was pretty cool, opening up into a dark but well-appointed space, A DJ was spinning great tunes, the staff was impeccably dressed and friendly. The drink menu was varied and while I wanted to try different things, their Old Fashioned got me 2 times. Good bourbon, some herbs, like cardamon, and a peach bitter. Amazing. My wife had a a gin-based drink that looked like a piece of art. The prices were a bit steep, but 'Vegas.' We will definitely go back, as this is a nice addition to the 'speakeasy' spaces, including Ghost Donkey, over at Cosmo.

Bar ZAZU at Resorts World was a standout during our Vegas trip. The ambiance is sexy and artistic with bold lighting, eclectic artwork, and live music that sets the tone without being overwhelming. We ordered the Violet Horizon—a rich, creamy beauty that tasted even better than it looked, beautifully balanced with egg white foam and citrus on top. For food, we shared the chorizo deviled eggs, baby kale salad, and the Poquito cheese & salumi board. Everything was flavorful, beautifully plated, and perfect for sharing. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the overall vibe made the night feel like a full experience, not just a meal. Highly recommend for date night or a girls’ night out!
