wonderful service. Ambience is truly old style steakhouse. Table was great area. Drinks and wine were great. Salad was wonderful. Now to the steak and potato. We both ordered prime rib. Toughest Prime Rib I have ever tried to chew. Flavor was average at best. Potato was brown inside as though it was a left over from the day before. My husband asked if would make him "my" prime rib when we returned from vacation as we were so disappointed. Sorry, but wouldn't recommend the prime rib.

I have eaten at Beef and Bone a few times before and I have had pretty good times. This time it seemed like the service was even better. The waitress, Carlene, was fast, attentive, and very engaging. The meal was very satisfying and worth the cost. I'm hopeful that it won't be another year before we return!!!!!

Located on the west side of Billings, the Windmill/Bar 51 is a fantastic place to wind down from a hectic day. Casual fine dining, happy hour, full bar & best patio in town! We leave the patio to first come, first served. We do not reserve the patio.

Celebrated a 50th anniversary here. Had the pork chops, surf and turf with scallops and king crab as well as the prime rib. Everything was perfectly cooked. You can tell a lot of thought goes into to the cooking. All of the dishes were paired perfectly. Our server was amazing at making the night special for the couple. We have seen a few reviews say that the value is not there however our entire table was in agreement that the value was spot on!

The food and service were both very good. I would have given 5 stars for sure but the servers timing was not great and maybe not her fault. We waited 30 minutes for a first cocktail, there were several other long periods of waiting for a next course. Overall though a great night.
