Excellent New Mexican cuisine. Amazing food choices and new drink specials and entrees introduced seasonly. Weather permitting, enjoy their new outdoor patio, or new inside bar. Never disappointed.

Six Hundred Downtown is a good old fashioned pizzeria, the way they used to be and they the way they were meant to be. We feel that pizza making is an art and we strive to create the best pizza we possibly can. We hand spin our pizzas the old fashioned way and we bake our pizzas in an old fashioned brick oven.

Sat by the door so great chance to people watch but a little chilly. Food and atmosphere made up for it all. Caprese appetizer was delicious and so was the pizza.

I've been thinking about the cachapa since we ate at the restaurant. I had it with shredded beef which was delicious. We had the trio arepas to start and neither one of us liked it very much. The mushrooms were way too salty and the seafood arepa was tough. The passion fruit mojito was great. There was live music which was a welcome surprise. Although we didn't like the appetizer, I would still give this place 5/5 stars. There was plenty of food to take home as leftovers. The service was good. And I will dream of that cachapa until we meet again....

The hash brown Pattie’s were like from frozen and not fresh made, the bacon was good as were the Bloody Mary’s. My daughter didn’t eat her eggs because it had a cheap cheese slice thrown on top. The shrimp and grits were good!
