I was trying to think of somewhere different to celebrate my birthday. My boyfriend and I went to The Melting Pot in Myrtle Beach. This place did not disappoint. As my birthday fell on a Thursday, we decided to take advantage of their event, Thursdate. It's a 4 course fondue dinner. Everything we ordered was superb! The dessert, chocolate fondue was to die for. Our waiter was fantastic and although I can't remember his name, he did a great job explaining the ins and outs of fondue. We will definitely be back and I'm spreading the word about this gem.

Just an amazing product and place! I ordered the bone in ribeye and my husband had the strip. The quality and preparation of the steaks were perfect and the sides were delicious. This is a must for a special dinner!

Salads were great - very fresh. My short ribs were amazing. My SIL got the filet cooked medium. It was more well done than medium and didn’t have much flavor. My husband had the pasta and shrimp special which was delicious. It’s an intimate space that is well decorated. It was a little loud when we arrived as there was a large group at a high-top table in the center of the space. Our server was John and he was terrific.

It was so good that I went 2 days in a row! My first reservation was with a friend for lunch. The second time i took my husband. Wonderful food and service both days! The 3 course meal for $18.99 is such a great deal and we brought home enough food for 3 more meals! Our new favorite place!
