The original Hot and Hot Fish Club was founded in the late 1700’s by the planters of All Saints Parish. The social club was dedicated to epicurean pursuits; gourmet food, strong drinks and festive times. The first club was said to be on Drunken Jack Island, located just a few miles south from here. Members of the original club described their past time spent on the island as the “happiest hours of their lives.” The Club was dismantled and finally laid to rest after the Civil War. An ever shifting sand bar off the coast of Huntington Beach State Park is all that remains of the original site. The Hot Fish Club today is located in the oldest existing restaurant building on the Grand Strand. Hot Fish Club remains a favorite gathering place today for discriminating locals and is open to everyone seeking Great Food, Great Drink, and Lively Conversation, in the spirit of those earlier revelers. We pride ourselves on our personal service and our desire to satisfy each guest.

The food was delicious and priced competitively. Becky, our waitress, was super. She offered suggestions on what to order and switch out so I could have exactly what I wanted. Thank you Becky. I would recommend this restaurant to both families and couples.

Ciao Italian Restaurant is a family owned restaurant. We refuse to cut corners on our food. We search the market daily to find the freshest available local ingredients. All of our chicken stock, veal stock, and sauces are made fresh daily. Our food is all made from scratch and we cook to order, and its easy to accommodate any food allergies our special diets. Our Mama's meatballs, lasagna, marinara sauce, and our house made mozzarella are recipes that are passed down through the generations. We try to maintain a very friendly, cozy and happy feel to our restaurant. we ant you to feel like you are having a meal at one of your family's house. While we want to remain family friendly we also provide you with a restaurant that also has a romantic feel. Much of the same as the Tratorias of Italy. While we maintain a high level of service we like to keep it relaxed so that you can feel comfortable.

An amazing restaurant with great service, great food, and an awesome wine and cocktail menu. The restaurant is romantic and fun for an occasions. I highly recommend Ciaos!

This was a meal w/ business associates. Our server- Sergio was excellent, very helpful with any questions and was attentive without being intrusive. Food was good, salads were brought quickly, however my plate was warm and wilted salad. Entrees were awesome- mamas lasagne was delicious and chicken piccata was superb. I would recommend this restaurant for dinner with family and friends or business assocs. Great place and not your typical beach restaurant.

All the Staff were very inviting. Our server Mandy was awesome too. The drink order was served immediately. House salad and Caesar were full and very fresh. Both Veal dishes were very tender and delicious. We had to pass on dessert as dinner was plentiful (great dessert list). We will be going back for Italian night!! Thanks Wendy

Traveled with a group of friends. Great food. The food was everything except the homemade fries but mainly because they weren’t hot. Great drinks, I’m told. Our table tried the crab cakes, salmon, flounder and coconut shrimp… every item, DELISH! The food came out quick and was hot! The service was a little wonky at 1st but balanced out. I would definitely go back.

We dined in the house to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. Everything was lovely start to finish. George (our server) went out of his way to make our experience enjoyable and accommodated our celebration and two year-old toddler very well. We look forward to coming back and seeing him again also enjoying impeccable food.
