SeaBlue in a word - Outstanding dining experience for a special occasion. From the moment we entered the Hostess and Staff greeted us and congratulated us on our 53rd wedding anniversary and our 75th birthdays. We were seated in a private dining table and our server offered drinks specials the mixologist could make for us and specials for the evening as well as the standard menu selections. As an appetizer I ordered the lobster escargot - delicious for two. For the main course my wife ordered the 14oz. bone in filet and I ordered the Grouper entree. Our server checked with us to see if we are enjoying our drinks and appetizer and explained that our dinners are spaced out not to rush us in any way. When the dinners arrived, both were outstanding and cooked to perfection. After dinner our server offered us the deserts for the evening, made fresh daily, we opted for the waffle with pistachio gelato with whole pistachio seeds - so good, with after dinner coffee. We have visited SeaBlue before and will visit again for a great dining experience and expert service.

We have dined all over the world. Maison is one of the best experiences you can have dining! The servers are so professional! The cocktails and wine very thoughtful. The food is at a top level for any city any where. We have dined in NYC, London, Paris, Chablis, etc., Maison is amazing!

As always food was great with good service and nice ambiance. It can be a little noisy in the front area so we always ask for the back section.

Owners Anne Hardee and Adam Kirby who was elected Chef Ambassador of South Carolina have created a culinary haven. Guests can gather indoors or in the newly renovated courtyard where you may enjoy libations and savory cuisine. You can begin your dining experience at Bistro 217 with an appetizer of Asian ribs or petite crab cakes with a lemon aioli. A main course of Herb-encrusted Grouper with a caper brown butter or Grilled Filet Mignon with seared shrimp will please the palate. The lunch menu offers sandwiches and burgers, as well as tasty fish tacos. Don't forget the incredible array of in-house made desserts and icecreams, you won't want to skip!
