BARCA was totally AMAZING!! It was a friend's birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The setting is fantastic -- right on the water. One might expect that with such an incredible view the place might settle for less than stellar food. BARCA does NOT. Every one of the tapas we tried was delicious! The butternut squash skordalia was excellent, as were the chicken albondigas. Our waiter, Fernando, was so attentive and helpful. Even a manager, Anne, stopped by to make sure everything was good -- and it was beyond good!

Located on the second floor above Silver Diner, Silver Social’s unique feature is a 50-seat covered outdoor terrace overlooking Nationals Park.

Rules & Restrictions: 16+ accompanied by an adult till 9:00pm. 21 and Up only after 9:00pm

Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties up to 6 people. The entire party must be present to be seated. If you can’t make your reservation, please cancel it 30 minutes in advance.

Prix fixe 3-course brunch & cocktail was very worth it! Everything was amazing! Would certainly be back for the bottomless cocktails since it’s only $10 more. Beautiful establishment.

Our dinner was absolutely delicious, I had the crabcake, which had absolutely no filler, just full of lump crab meat! my boyfriend had the double cheeseburger and that was excellent also! The service was great, we retirement it in order to go to the Nationals game!!

Food was good, spinach artichoke dip appetizer was good, needed more cheese and artichokes to be chopped up, ribs more than just a bit burnt on ends, creamy coleslaw, and very cheesy mac n cheese and a nutty crust tart key lime pie, slice large enough to share for dessert. Portions were generous, just need a bit of finesse. It was chilly in the restaurant. Service was speedy and food was hot. Bathrooms needed attention to cleaning and soap dispenser not working and music was a bit loud for a Sunday brunch vibe. When we were there it was couples and families.

DELISH!!! Fantastic food and drink options. Service was great! It was midday on a rainy weekday, so I can’t speak to the normal volume but we enjoyed fairly quiet ambiance. Can’t wait to return and sit outside when the weather improves!
