Manalu is a new authentic Italian restaurant by Chef/Owner Marco Pontecorvo. The name was to combine all three of his family members names. MA for Marco, NA for Naomi, his daughter, and LU for Lucia, his wife. Manalu's goal is to bring a taste of Italy and a touch of Naples in the town, by serving authentic Italian cuisine and the original pizza Napoletana cooked in a brick oven. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm, perfect for family and friends. Manalu` also has a full bar and happy hour Mon-Fri from 4pm to 7pm. Happy hour also includes a food menu with delicious appetizers.

Manalu Italian Restaurant in Frederick, MD is the best Italian restaurant I have ever patronized. Quality of food and presentation is excellent. Very friendly, accommodating service! Pleasant atmosphere! I look forward to future visits!!

This has become our favorite restaurant in downtown Fredericksburg. Always phenomenal food and service. It takes a little pre-planning if you want to get a reservation, but just a sign of how great they are that they stay packed! Highly recommend.

Tosca combines modern style and elegance to create an intimate and comfortable setting.
Tosca implements a dress code and proper attire is required. We do not allow athletic wear, shorts, beach attire, tank tops, flip flops, or torn or excessively revealing clothing. We reserve the right to determine if a guest needs to adjust their attire before being seated.
We no longer offer valet parking, we do validate at dinner in our parking garage located on 11th St, NW
