Sunday early afternoon lunch. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who checked us in for our reservations that were very user friendly to access, confirm, and change online. We were able to change easily our reservation time online due to last minute unexpected circumstances. The restaurant is located in a small outdoor mall with diverse retail stores. It is not part of a national chain, and appeared to be a local establishment. The menu is robust and extensive with many varieties of fish, shellfish, cooking styles and sauces. The staff was willing to provide small garden salad not on the menu. The appetizers, cocktails, and main courses were presented quickly. The softshell, crabs, calamari, french fries, and tilapia were fried to perfection. Our fried fish and soft shelled crabs came out hot, crispy, and non-greasy. The waiter was very attentive and checked back with us several times to ensure our satisfaction with our meals and the service. All in all, the dining experience was very pleasant. The food was well prepared and the service, outstanding and friendly. We look forward to dining again at the Ocean Paradise Restaurant and Bar.

The food here remains exceptional, the finest seafood I've ever eaten. I had the clam chowder, scallops and a quinoa salad plus pavlova for dessert. I will say that the shell on the pavlova was a bit too hard for my taste. Service is consistently good.
