Husband and wife Chef Owners Jason & Erin "Cricket" Borajkiewicz create a small menu changing two-three times a week. After working seasonally in Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Puerto Rico, and Charleston, the two chefs decided to put down roots in Jason's hometown.

With an ever changing menu, there's no telling what you'll have when you dine with us, but rest assured that you'll leave feeling restored

First visit after hearing good things about restaurant. Found food complex and interesting. I appreciated the effort. We had the duck and the halibut which were the two mains available the night we were there. Both delicious. I understand the menu changes monthly. Well worth a visit. Looking forward to next months menu.

The food and service is consistently perfect! we travel to Clearwater at least 2–3 times a year from North Carolina. We typically go to Clear Sky several times during our visit! This particular visit was the day of evacuation for the storm and we were unable to get lunch due to our schedule and the restaurant was closing early. While we were happy, just ordering our favorite breakfast menu item, we requested our absolute favorite, which is the pork dumplings and bang bang shrimp. They were so accommodating since they knew we had come all the way from North Carolina to enjoy those items and accommodated us! They did it so generously and not begrudgingly (like most places these days would have, even if a hurricane was not on the way)!

Fried lobster was good, onion soup good not too salty & filet mignons we’re very tender. Overall, nice meal server Will was very good as well.
