****STRICT DRESS CODE: ALL gentlemen are required to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes in the dining room. Hats are not permitted.

****Salt requires a credit card to secure all reservations. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows or cancellations less than 2 days in advance will be subject to a charge of $75 per person. Changes to the guest count made less than 2 days in advance will be subject to a charge of $25 per person.

We always come to Salt when we are in Amelia island, and it’s just such an amazing experience every single time. Our sever, Olga, was outstanding this time and went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner memorable. The oysters are the best oysters we’ve ever eaten, and we both loved the salmon and lobster fettuccine that we chose for our entrees. The bread with the salt, the wine, the dessert, the atmosphere and attention to detail…They deserve all the stars and more. Everything was perfect.

Dwight's Bistro features a wine list that is available by the glass or by the bottle. Great food and good service. However the restaurant was no more than 50% full and they sat all parties of 2 side by side instead of spreading out throughout the restaurant. I felt like we were sitting with 2 other couples.
