Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Everything from start to finish was perfection. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and they really made us feel special. The service was phenomenal, and the food was incredible. My husband is incredibly difficult to impress, and he could not stop raving about the chicken. My salmon was cooked to perfection, and the dish a whole was delicious. Cocktails also did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!

Food was very good. I finished my steak which means I really enjoyed it. Ruth Chris is out to go steakhouse. You can’t go wrong with their steaks and side dishes. Key lime pie was just the right tartness and sweetness. Service was great and staff were friendly.
