Bringing to the helm Matthieu Landillon from the coastal city of Marseille, La Nouvelle allows us to explore classic French Bistro fare with an elevated edge. We have 10 tables in our dining room and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people for any reservations. for large parties inquiries please email llamarestaurant@gmail.com with at least 2 weeks in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTE : DUE TO LIMITED CAPACITY AND LACK OF LOBBY WE REQUEST NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 8 FOR DINNER.
KIDS ARE WELCOME FOR LUNCH SERVICE FROM 11:00-2:00pm

TRAFFIC: Downtown Saint Augustine traffic during Nights of Lights season can result in up to 40 minutes delays. We suggest to be mindful of timing since we have a 15 minutes tolerance and a $25 FEE per person for LATE CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS.
Llama is an intimate space, please be conscious of noise levels in consideration for other parties dining with us and their respective occasions.

and veal, using international flavor profiles. Located just a block off of St. George Street in the heart of the historic district, Collage serves dinner nightly from 5:00 p.m.

We first moved to Saint Augustine 7 years ago and we're provided a gift card to this beautiful gem downtown - this is the place we go whenever we're celebrating a special occasion - last night it was for my birthday and we both ordered the Catch of the Day which was a broiled swordfish which was served with a wonderful assortment of flavors -

Dinner with friends recently at one of our local favorites. Wonderful service, food and cocktails. We had the halibut with crab topping special, pork chop and filet. Everything was delicious! Thanks for another wonderful evening.
