Cielo is nestled in California’s Cabazon Valley, 20 miles west of Palm Springs, and in between the spectacular San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountain ranges. Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Resort and Casino, Cielo is set aglow with stunning chandeliers. Cielo is quite literally a jewel at the top of the Morongo Resort and Casino.

The service from the hostess to the runners to the waiter to management was fabulous! Beautiful dining experience for our anniversary. The restaurant piano player/singer was also VERY good!

Our steaks, a filet and a ribeye, were perfectly cooked and excellent in all other regards. The sweet potato purée with pecan topping, a side special, was a hit.

Our first time dining at LG Prime Steakhouse celebrating my birthday. The food and service were excellent. We will definitely put this restaurant on our list of must return whenever we’re in the Palm Desert area. Highly recommend!

For three decades the name Riccio has been synonymous with fine dining in the desert. Richard and Patricia Riccio set the bar for outstanding Italian cuisine 40 years ago when they opened the original Riccio’s in uptown Palm Springs. Two of their sons, eager to carry on the family tradition, last spring unveiled Riccio’s Steak and Seafood with a new menu concept in a higher profile location downtown. Service and personal attention have been the Riccio’s hallmark and they pledge to continue this tradition.

For the casual diner, Riccio’s offers a relaxed patio presentation for watching downtown Palm Springs unfold while sampling their intriguing, seasonally changing menu. Riccio’s bar faces lively Palm Canyon Drive, and picture windows frame a sculptural fountain.
