Katsuya Japonense is hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. The food is absolutely phenomenal – fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. Their sushi is top-notch, and the sashimi practically melts in your mouth. Plus, they've got a great variety of options beyond just sushi, like their delicious robata skewers and mouthwatering noodle dishes. But what really sets Katsuya Japonense apart is the atmosphere. It's trendy and modern without feeling pretentious, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite at the bar or settling in for a full-course meal, you'll feel right at home. And let's talk about the drinks! Their sake selection is impressive, and they've got some killer cocktails too. I highly recommend trying their signature concoctions – they're a perfect match for the bold flavors of the food. Overall, Katsuya Japonense is a gem of a restaurant that never disappoints. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just craving some amazing Japanese cuisine, this place is an absolute must-try.

We found something for everyone in our family of 5 here. The food was excellent and the service at the new Filipino restaurant was especially great. The employee there, Rodrigo, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was an outstanding one. We will definitely return again.
