Le Firestone n'accepte pas les réservations pour la terrasse. Le Firestone se distingue par ses pains et pâtes à pizza préparés quotidiennement, ses soupes, vinaigrettes et sauces maison. Il sert du bœuf de l'Alberta de qualité supérieure Or et des desserts faits maison. Les liqueurs de marques supérieures sont exclusivement utilisées et le vin au verre est toujours aéré avant de servir. Le menu est renouvelé toutes les 4 à 6 semaines.
