Our waiter, Luke did a wonderful job. My wife had the aged duck and enjoyed the bison filet. Rating on the duck was very good, but the bison was the best I’ve ever eaten. The veggies with the meals were good, as were the appetizer salads. We had Local Gems, greens, and a Tomato & Burrata. Wine selection is very good and extensive. Service was very, very good. The experience is pricey, but you are at a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location.

Fantastic atmosphere, food and value! Our waitress, Maria, was super friendly and so sweet. It was a pleasure talking to her! Would definitely recommend Farm and Fire for brunch, especially since you can easily make reservations.

Excellent Service. Excellent Duck. Very good crab croquettes. Very good tomato and sourdough salad with goat cheese. Excellent green salad. Excellent birthday sherbets served with personal touch. Very good California Pinot Noir. Great Date Night!

The food was creative and service was friendly. What was frustrating was that the bottle of wine we wanted (listed for 59 CAD in the same hotel at the restaurant upstairs) was 75 CAD on the menu posted outside Primrose and a whopping 98 CAD on the menu we received at our table.

The Summit Restaurant located in the clubhouse at the Kananaskis Country Golf Course is a perfect spot for so many different occasions. With the best patio in the Kananaskis Valley and arguably the Canadian Rockies, it sits at the foot of Mt. Kidd and is a place to create memories for all occasions. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week, rain or shine for the duration of our golf season. Everyone is welcome to join us at the Summit Restaurant who is visiting the area.

If you are golfing prior to joining us, please make your reservation 4 hours and 45 minutes after your tee time.

Our patio is sat on a first come, first serve basis. We will attempt to honor all the patio requests that we receive.

We do keep tables for walk ins in case your desired reservation time is not available.

Olivia took excellent care of us. The outside deck overlooking the golf course & mountains is magnificent ! As is the trip through K-Country. Our pizza and crispy chicken sandwich was delicious. See you soon !
