Hands down one of our favourite dining experiences in Canmore so far. We will be back again! Mira, our server, was so polite, friendly, and accommodating. The food…my gosh what a delight! We had: Lamb shank - cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spices without overpowering the lamb. Salmon - melt in your mouth with an incredible texture combination to make your mouth sing with joy! The duck cooked two ways was a treat. Duck confit and duck breast with a very pleasant berry sauce. I haven’t had duck in ages but it made me remember why and how much I love duck! It was a special celebration for my mother’s birthday and the staff made it extra special. What an amazing dining one overall experience. Thanks, guys!
