The Lake House features Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts‘ (CRMR’s) renowned and distinctive Rocky Mountain Cuisine. This is interpreted and presented by Chef Gareth Colville. Chef Colville and his team excel at showcasing the regional flavor of Western Canada. Our locally inspired menus are complimented by a diverse wine list offering global selections authored by acclaimed sommelier Brad Royale.

First time and it was an amazing experience. Loved sitting on patio on the lake. Both servers that dealt with us were fantastic. Will definitely be back and will be bringing more people to enjoy the desserts

The Bow Valley Ranche is located at the end of Bow Bottom Trail SE, in Fish Creek Provincial Park, just follow the signs for Bow Valley Ranche.

The Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant is the new fine dining facility located in the restored Ranche House. Their menu features a contemporary interpretation of Alberta regional cuisine. Today, the flavours and traditions of Alberta’s ranching heritage live on at the Bow Valley Ranche. Our Grand Salon holds approximately 110-120 guests. William Roper Hull and Senator Patrick Burns hold approximately 30-32 guests. Our John Glenn room, located in the upstairs, old master bedroom of the house, holds approximately 12 guests.

Sit down beside the massive fireplace in the Grand Salon or enjoy the covered wrap-around veranda during warm weather. Enjoy lunch, dinner, cocktails or weekend brunch. Reservations are recommended. Please note that we do not take reservations for the patio.

Friendly welcoming staff. Fantastic you can make a reservation so no wait or having to join a line. 4 of us dined and we all loved our dishes and the coffee was 12/10. Will definitely be back.

Went there for a team lunch and everyone was very happy with the portion sizes, presentation of food, and price. I had the lamb shakshuka and it was absolutely delicious! Will be back for sure.
