Hy's Calgary es la última adición a la familia de restaurantes de alta cocina Canada's Premier Steakhouses desde 1955. Con líneas limpias y texturas de cuero, terciopelo, cálida madera y piedra, este restaurante es una versión moderna de la tradición clásica en filetes. El orgullo del lugar es la asador rodeado por una pared circular de cristal, del cual se obtienen filetes Canadian Prime Great (canadienses de primera calidad) perfectamente asados al carbón. La barra en forma de herradura está rodeada de varios niveles de lounge y una área de comedor que es amplia e íntima al mismo tiempo. El menú ofrece recetas clásicas y recién imaginadas, pero los favoritos de Hy's, como la famosa ensalada César y Steak Diane, siguen siendo preparados junto a su mesa.
