We enjoyed the most amazing dinner at Le Gargamelle. We had the four course tasting menu and were blown away as each dish was presented; beautiful, fresh, delicious, layered and imaginative. But the real treat was the cocktail pairing with each course - such a fun, innovative twist. Our server was so charming and lovely, and the entertaining Chef Von Rose came by multiple times. We will definitely return!

Everything - from Gyoza to sashimi and hotate special - excellent quality and great freshness of ingredients and flavour. The restaurant was quite empty when we arrived from another event but by 9 pm it had filled nicely. Service was impeccable, attentive but not overbearing. Would love to come back and sit at the bar - grand presentation. Looking forward to return on my next visit to Montreal.
