Il Bazzali is Cuisine & Opera’s Montreal restaurant. Using seasonal market ingredients, Chef Davide Bazzali and his team combine regional Italian cuisine with a pinch of international flavors. ‘CuisineOpera’ prides itself on eco-friendly practices. The interior of ‘Il Bazzali’ was constructed by the Chef himself, reusing and refurbishing found wood and furniture. Guests dine in a fanciful and cozy environment ideal for intimate dinners or cocktail parties. Diners can choose from a selection of fresh homemade pasta, pizza, meat dishes, and delectable desserts. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available.

Carta de vinos por François Chartier La carta de vinos la ha creado François Chartier "Créateur d’harmonies", natural de Quebec y de fama mundial, que ha sido nombrado Best Sommelier in the World (Grand Prix Sopexa 1994 Paris) y anteriormente fue asesor en la creación de recetas del chef Ferran Adrià, del legendario restaurante elBulli. La carta es variada e incluye múltiples vinos catalanes y españoles a precios económicos que se venden por botellas o copas. Para el diseño de la carta de vinos, Chartier se inspiró en la cocina catalana de Carles Abellán y del Tapas 24.

Ristorante Quattro is in Montreal, Quebec. The eatery features modern décor along with a relaxing atmosphere. It is a comfortable place to get together for a meal and you will certainly love the many options on the menu. Some of the antipasti to try include the beef carpaccio, mozzarella di bufala and oysters.

Ristorante Quattro has plenty of tasty large dishes, as well. Try the fettuccine, gnocchi, penne and the spaghetti. The filet mignon with peppercorn sauce, breaded veal and braised lamb shank are delicious options, too. Ristorante Quattro has some nice sweet treats you can enjoy after your meal. Try the cannoli, chocolate soufflé and the tiramisu.

La Cantina’s menu is centred around upscale twists on many classics: tostadas (deep-fried tortillas topped with vegetables, meat, and other goods), hard and soft shell tacos of course. There is guac, quesadillas, churros and more!

La Cantina is also serving a range of innovative cocktails. There are awesome margarita and mezcal cocktails of course.

We are located in downtown Montreal, beside undergrown malls (cour mont-royal et centre eaton), in between Concordia and McGill universities, 2 blocks from the bell center (go habs!)
