We are a from-scratch kitchen serving delicious plant-based comfort food that's locally sourced, organic & fresh. We provide our guests with brunch, lunch, dinner, and drink menus representing an array of flavour profiles from around the world, all on a plant-based platform, courtesy of the culinary creativity of our executive chef, Elyse Keegan.
Our unique lunch menu offers a variety of hearty salads, bowls, sandwiches and paninis. Our dinner menu focuses on world comfort foods with our signature plant-based approach to flavour profiling and creativity.
On Sunday mornings, we offer a full brunch menu that's decadent and is sure to impress even the most discerning palate.

Food was delicious! We wish you were in Windsor, but each time we come this way we love it. Last time was the Dim Sum special, we always tend to order more than we can eat. Everything was wonderful

My friend and I decided to go to Fresh after a long work day. It was excellent! I had the burger and she had a bowl. The atmosphere was relaxing, warm and inviting. Our plant based menu includes classic Italian fare: Focaccia, Mozzarella sticks, Baby Gem Salad, Arancini, Cashew Brie, Chicken Parmigiana, Buckwheat Rigatoni Bolognese, Plant based sandwiches on house made ciabatta, and the city's best plant based Smash Burger with bacon and blue cheese toppings.

Saturday and Sunday Brunch we open at 10am serving Eggs Benny, BLTs, French Toast, Matcha Lattes, sandwiches and fresh juice.
We do not take reservations for Brunch, it's walk-in only.

We offer 10 bar seats for walk in and 18 Dining room seats. The design is upscale with micro cemented walls and floors with a walnut and olive green banquette occupying most of the space.

Vegan wine, cocktails and mocktails available and our entire menu is available for take out.
We are open late on Fridays and Saturdays till 1145.

The in-house made charcuterie board was delightful; I'll be going back for the vegan blue cheese, vegan camambert, and house-baked bread as soon as possible! Avelo Bar - I'll deal with Toronto traffic any day to visit you :) Intimate, relaxed, upscale and stylish ambiance presenting incredibly tasty, animal-free menu items. Eat green, eat well, eat in style at Avelo bar!
