Since 1975, this popular breakfast, brunch and lunch spot has satisfied the hunger cravings of British Columbians thanks to a tasty menu of sweet and savoury treats. Arrive hungry and order the signature Dutch Pannekoek, which tastes similar to a North American pancake but is only slightly thicker than a crepe. Fun fact: the large pannekoek can be cut into 113 square one-inch bites. Popular toppings for this substantial meal include The Canadian with bacon, eggs, tomatoes and maple syrup, and The Trail Mix with trail mix, honey and hot cinnamon-dusted apples. Located in the Convention Centre West, the Burrard Landing location offers stunning views of Stanley park and the North Shore.

Beautiful view of the harbour and mountains. The food is delicious; great value for your dollar and more. Their unique style of a pancake crepe makes us come back every time we are in Vancouver. 💯 thé spot for a great brunch whether with your partner, friends or family.

Service was excellent! Looked for some light items on the menu (more salads) but the quality was great. The music playlist was eclectic and wonderful. The soundtrack to our lives, which we loved. Great vibe!

High Tea was a beautiful afternoon overlooking a sparkling sea. The sunroom was a welcoming place to enjoy afternoon tea. The service was exceptional not to mention the beautiful menu. Our family had a wonderful luncheon at Frankie’s! A relaxed atmosphere with excellent customer service. In today’s fast-paced world it was a pleasure to witness service with attention to detail but a calmness in the presentation. Well-trained staff with polite personalities and an awareness to present themselves and their restaurant in the best possible light was very noticeable and enjoyable. A diverse menu was available and our meals were prepared in a timely, comfortable manner. Thank you to all of the staff at Frankie’s Modern Diner, we will definitely be back again. Mike Will
