Au restaurant The Butchart Gardens, on peut profiter des jardins, de la vue des environs où le moderne côtoie l'historique et déguster une nourriture fraîche faite à partir d'ingrédients locaux. Situé dans la résidence d'origine de la famille Butchart, vous pouvez apprécier des vues spectaculaires sur le jardin privé, le jardin italien et Tod Inlet. Laissez-vous tenter par le thé d'après-midi dans les saisons de printemps et d'été, ou le "High Tea" qui propose un menu plus salé, plus chaud, durant la saison froide à partir du mois d'octobre.
