Este espacio único cuenta con un ambiente contemporáneo, mientras que se apega a la tradición y herencia del edificio con sus techos de madera de cerezo oscuro y molduras detalladas. El restaurante se especializa en ingredientes regionales, y el menú, creado cuidadosamente, presenta mariscos, carnes y productos preparados hábilmente por el chef Morgan Wilson y su excelente equipo.
