Our first time in Vancouver and looking for a good dinner but not up itself. We saw a magazine article reviewing the 50 best restaurants in Vancouver and Hy’s got a silver award for consistently good food and service, plus it had immediate availability. We took an early table and had steak (medallions of tenderloin) and fish (tuna, halibut and scallop). Both were cooked superbly. The service was gracious and friendly; the staff took time to speak with us about the wine and food and made us feel welcome. It is not cheap but represents value for a fine dining experience.

Went to Boulevard to celebrate my partners birthday and we both had a wonderful experience with delicious food and impeccable wine service. The fresh ingredients and elegant presentation really elevated our experience, as well as a complementary dessert for his birthday was very thoughtful. We absolutely would visit again and are looking forward to trying more items on this amazing menu.

Fantastic staff and was very helpful and friendly. Great service and food of course was wonderful. Seating was a little tight but overall great experience. Definitely will be back!

The food was great. The service is usually great but this time at lunch, the service left a lot to be desired. Considering it was not very busy, it was very difficult to get the attention of our server to follow up on something we ordered and to get the bill.
