Our reservation was at 5 and our night was top notch. Cocktails and wine selection were great. We started with asparagus fries followed by lamb chops and filet. Ended with the amazing butter cake for desert. Service was superb. We will dine there again next time we travel through Boise.

House of Western isn't a normal restaurant, there is bowling and games, and lots of tv's. If you are looking for a normal restaurant it could definitely be disappointing, but the food and decor is nicer than most game restaurants, and it is always great for groups. I think their food performs well for what it is meant to do. We had the buffalo chicken pizza to share and then I had a jam burger and definitely enjoyed it. I plan on coming back to watch football this fall.
