Nobu Los Angeles abrió sus puertas en primavera de 2008 y fue diseñado por el arquitecto mundialmente conocido David Rockwell en el famoso espacio de L'Orangerie, en La Cienega Boulevard. El menú ofrece los platillos característicos del chef y propietario Nobu Matsuhisa, como la tártara de ventresca de atún con caviar, el sashimi de atún de aleta amarilla con jalapeño y el miso con bacalao negro.
