Mrs. Fish is a subterranean Japanese restaurant lounge providing the perfect gathering place for special occasions, events, or full dining experiences. Our menu spans Japanese small plates, sushi, entrees, and premium steak cuts.

*Valet Parking is offered Tuesday – Saturday for $14.00
*Our Dress Code is Upscale Casual preferred. Presentable shirts, jeans, or shorts are acceptable.
*We advise guests to arrive at the time of reservation to Check-in for table. We have a 15 minute grace period if guests are running late.
The restaurant charges a 20% auto-gratuity on all food and beverage items for parties and groups of 6 or larger. The full amount of the gratuity is distributed to employees in the chain of service to the guests.

Mrs. Fish has truly become a hidden gem for me, my friends, and my colleagues. The staff is consistently exceptional, the food is flawless, and the happy hour deals are simply unbeatable! The cocktails are masterfully crafted—each one better than the last. I visit often, so I was surprised this was my first time being served by Brian—but what a standout team member! He was incredibly kind, attentive, and warm. Even with a packed crowd, he made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Thank you, Mrs. Fish, for always delivering such a great experience—and a special thank you to Brian! I can’t wait to come back soon.

Joyce Soul and Sea hit all the right notes. Every bite felt like home from the crispy, spicy Nashville Hot Fried Catfish to the smoky, fall-off-the-bone Duck Confit glazed in sweet heat. The Elote, topped with blue crab, was a fresh and flavorful surprise, and the Cast Iron Mac & Cheese was everything comfort food should be—rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying. Now that I live in LA, I feel lucky to have this little slice of the South in my neighborhood. Joyce is a true gem.

Poppy+Rose's Rooftop Patio is currently closed; all groups will be seated in our indoor dining room located at 765 Wall Street.

Poppy+Rose welcomes walk-ins 7 days a week. For groups up to 8, reservations can be made Mon-Thurs via Open Table. We do not take reservations on Friday or Saturday for groups under 9.

For groups of 9+ we offer large party pricing and reservations 7 days a week for our dining room only. While a reservation for a large group is not necessary, the pricing for large parties will still apply to all walk-in parties of 9+. I arrived and they were unable to check in my reservation to open table! But after about 10 mins they did. I had an amazing refreshing salad. The hostess/waiter was very nice and it’s perfect place right next to crypto area. I have to go back to try these rest of the menu!

The food and drinks were great. Service is what you’d expect. Parking situation in Downtown LA is not fun at all. It’s worth trying once.
