Dal Rae es un restaurante del sur de California, donde siguen reinando los clásicos de 1950. El menú de platillos tiene un estilo retro con más de 100 artículos y se completa con los mejores Martinis de la ciudad. Entre los clásicos destacan la langosta Thermidor, filete a la pimienta, Chateaubriand (solomillo de vacuno), Prime Rib, pescado fresco, chuletas de cordero, Steak Diane (filete de res con salsa) y Cherries Jubilee (un postre con cerezas y licor flambeado). El Dal Rae fue inaugurado en 1958 y ha mantenido su atmósfera original y un piano bar con música en directo. El establecimiento conserva su tradición más importante, tratar a los clientes como en un club privado, llamándolos por su nombre y tratándolos como a las personas más importantes del mundo. El Dal Rae está situado cerca de la autopista 5 y a mitad de camino entre el condado de Los Ángeles, el condado de Orange y The Valley.
