Excellent service and great food. We went to celebrate our anniversary and the chef sent us a personal note and complementary champagne to celebrate. It felt very personalized.

This was our second visit to Tekila Steakhouse in Memphis. First time was excellent — great food, great service, great vibe. This time, the service and atmosphere were still spot-on, and the drinks were excellent, but the food missed the mark. I ordered steak fajitas, medium rare — they came out well done. I didn’t send them back, but it was disappointing. What surprised me more was that fajitas didn’t come with any sour cream, salsa, or guacamole — which really should be standard. Instead, I was charged nearly $2 for a small solo cup of sour cream on the side. My wife had the whole snapper. The fish was cooked well and tasted great, but the vegetables served with it were raw, unseasoned, and dry — not even a hint of sauce or flavor. Just plain and undercooked. Still giving 3 stars because of the excellent service, drinks, and our great first experience. But this visit left us hoping the kitchen was just having an off night.
