We had a lovely dinner yesterday evening at Wilder. The service was really attentive and the steak was really delicious. I really enjoyed the carrot cake with the buttermilk ice cream. Will be back again.

Inside is LOUD- fortunately an outside table was available and it was the evening was cool . We were pretty quickly greeted by our server, Bronson. Who was exceptional and really added to our positive experience. The queso dip was very good and the pork entree was good. The sides of rosemary potatoes and collard greens were very good as well. The chicken and waffles was a little disappointing, only in that wife didn’t care for the over enthusiastic application of black pepper. It was fine for me but she left most of it for take home. Waffles were good. We had a nice evening but really the thing that helped give it 5 stars was our server- he was so attentive that I felt like we were dinning in a “better” restaurant. Our second visit and we won’t hesitate to return.

Honestly, we were a little surprised at what a lovely experience it was. It was a very busy Friday night and we were able to get a table quickly, the service was outstanding. Cass was wonderful. The food came promptly and it was delicious. It was a lovely experience overall.

Best I can tell Mimi’s uses open table as a waitlist App rather than serving as a true reservation. Arrived at my reservation time only to be told there would be a 20 minute wait. Walk-ins and reservations were just placed on the same check in list and were called for seating in order of arrival - reservation or not.

Our short three day visit to knoxville tn FIREFLY Great! Breakfast was excellent Sweet cream pancakes the best ever. Lunch brisket burgers with sweet fries , Club sandwich Firefly was the best food ever had while traveling. My family enjoyed the food and service thank you for a great experience.
