Brix 35 is run like a well oiled machine, the staff is well trained and very very pleasant. The food is brought to you as it should be is moderate intinavals as not to rush the pattern. As to the quality and pricing it is justified do to it's balance of quality. I would bring anyone to Brix and be proud to have done so.
