Take a culinary trip to Naples, Italy at Fat Olives. This contemporary trattoria is famous for its authentic, Neapolitan-style pies baked in a wood-fired oven using traditional techniques. Voted Best of Flag, the menu at Fat Olives also features pasta dishes, a special kid menu and gluten-free fare so no one is left out.

Fat Olives is the perfect destination for the pizza gourmand. The culinary team prides itself on using tomatoes imported from San Marzano for authentic results. Ask for the daily special or order the Belgio Dolce for delicious fusion of imported salami, brussel sprouts, house-made Calabrian chili oil and local honey. Complement it with a house made tiramisu or a bottle of wine. The bar offers a wide range of vintages, served by the bottle or glass. Fat Olives is open Mondays through Sundays with daily happy hour from 2:00-5:00.

Skyler Reeves opened the Barley Hound in May of 2015. With a large dog friendly patio, welcoming casual atmosphere, and outstanding food and drinks it has quickly become one of Prescott’s favorite restaurants.

Barley Hound aims to be at the forefront of the culinary experience while maintaining a welcoming and casual small town vibe. The menu is designed to please adventurous eaters, while also featuring some delicious familiar items. A house ground chuck cheeseburger with fries is just as at home on our menu as our oxtail stew or scotch egg. The menu changes seasonally due to our heavy reliance on local produce.

The beverage program takes its lead from the dinner menu and focuses on local and fresh ingredients. Excellent place. Off the beaten path more in a neighborhood. Very cute and quite. Food was delicious. We got the chicken sandwich and spareribs grilled cheese. I highly recommend.

The food is very good, although pricey. We only eat here 3-4 times a year. I leave gratuity not what they ask for , but what I think is reasonable since my bill is always over $100.00. The Manager TASHA knows how to run this place.

We so enjoyed our meal. Our white person was wonderful and very professional. The steaks and whip potatoes couldn’t have been prepared better. We love the outdoor setting with the beautiful fire pits and the fountain. A very special night out.

The filet mignon was incredible. The chioppinno special was very good. It had a little spice kick to it. We’ve had several different fish in a light tomato cream sauce. It was a delicate flavor, not overpowering, and you could really taste each fish. We were able to look out the window and watch the sunset. A truly great experience.

This was our second time to enjoy the Thursday special prime rib. It is just amazing! As were the garlic mash and a side of crispy hand cut fries. The staff was great, but the person that brings us back is the amazing Chef. It’s an open kitchen and her energy and Joy for cooking is so noticeable, she always greets us with a smile. Chef Jestine ( I know I spelled it wrong) outstanding!
