Su menú se distingue por la frescura de sus alimentos provenientes de tierra y mar, incluyendo el uso de vegetales, aceite de oliva y hierbas, sobre todo la fusión de creatividad y experiencia de recetas griegas de Palazuelos.

En Zatziki, encontrarás una variedad de platillos llenos de elegancia y sabor, servidos en porciones ideales para compartir. Además, en algunas ocasiones el personal lo acompaña en la mesa para terminar de preparar el platillo al momento poniendo el toque final. El mar del sur era el nombre como se conocía originalmente al Océano Pacífico. Fue descubierto hace 500 años y con esto se dieron los mayores cambios en el mundo formando así una gran ruta marítima que facilitó el comercio e intercambio entre continentes. Mar del Zur engloba los sabores de la ruta que recorría la Nao de China desde el sureste Asiático hasta México. El Chef Eduardo Palazuelos, hijo de la famosa banquetera Susana Palazuelos y dueño del restaurante Zibu en Acapulco Guerrero, ha sido galardonado con una serie de premios, entre ellos el Pochteca de Plata por la Secretaría de Turismo y en ambos restaurantes por tres años consecutivos, el más alto reconocimiento de calidad para empresas de lujo en México, el Five Diamond Award.

Our server did his best to have us enjoy a delightful meal. Although part of the restaurant in under a renovation process, you could barely notice this as all of that aft made sure you felt comfortable and welcome. Shout out to this friendly and service oriented group.

Amazing views, great service, delicious food!! Try et were so accommodating as our tour from the vineyard ran late and kept our reservations. The host was king enough to call us a cab.

The food was delicious and waiters had a good attitude. There were some mixups with our orders (probably because it’s all new) but they corrected the errors right away. The music didn’t match the ambience at first but we asked them to change it and they did for a calmer playlist in italian, which was perfect for enjoying a family meal. There’s a kids zone which my sons LOVED. We will definitely go back.

El Mirador is a bar focused on Vinology, cocktails with Puerta del Lobo wine designed to highlight its flavor and create unique experiences, as well as signature cocktails, spirits and our first Craft Beer created by us.

It is important to know:
- You cannot get to the restaurant with your car, you must park at the bottom and our van will take you to the restaurant since we are at the top of the mountain. The journey takes approx. 10 minutes and only 15 people fit, so we recommend you arrive at the place on time and on time.
- The viewpoint is an outdoor space, you must bring: Sunscreen, hat, jackets/sweater (weather may change)
