El chef utiliza solo los mejores ingredientes. Ofrece res canadiense de Sterling Silver AAA, añejada con un mínimo de 28 días. El menú cuenta con cortes clásicos de churrasquería y platos locales, como cordero canadiense, trucha cabeza de acero y pollo de granja. El restaurante es famoso por tener la mejor carta de vinos de Saskatchewan. La filosofía del sumilier es que "el vino no tiene que ser complicado, sino que hay que disfrutarlo, ya que es parte de la experiencia". El Carver's tiene una carta de vinos internacional que cuenta con vinos corrientes interesantes y divertidos y vinos raros vintage añejos. El Carver's es una establecimiento de copas Riedel autorizada y cuenta con toda la cristalería adecuada.
