Always a wonderful experience at Bistro V. Booked a last minute reservation for two, my son and me. Usually packed on Friday but got a spot! So good. Our table had view of the open kitchen. Had pleasure of watching the chef and his staff work their magic. Amber was our server and she is always great. We enjoyed baked oysters and fried green tomatoes for appetizers. Paella and Grilled snapper for our entrees. My family’s go to for a great meal, always.
