The inspiration for Moxi's menu comes from the environment, from small producers who, for me, are artisans and a fundamental part of our team. From organic gardens, their colors, aromas. I like to define the type of cuisine as product-based, with Mediterranean touches. We seek to have the best product in order to offer the best experience to our diners, so they can enjoy it in a unique setting like Moxi.
