Julio and the team were fantastic! My wife and I were visiting from the USA and wanted a nice steak. We go out a lot and I have worked in the industry for more than 20 years. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with excitement and the entire staff greeted us as we were escorted to our table! The wait staff truly works as a team! From featuring cocktails to apps and entrees! You can see the passion and love for this place! I highly recommend going just on the service standards alone! We tried the handcrafed mocktails and they were delicious. Strawberry mocktail and the cucumber mocktails! 😊 Now the food! OMG! Everything here is fresh! You can taste it! We tried the Aguachile and it was the best we’ve had! First time trying one that didn’t have lots of spice which was perfect! It was packed with so much flavor in every bite and we will come back just for this alone! Next we were shown the steaks and all the staff were very knowledgeable about everything they offer! We really wanted Wagyu and I’m a meat connoisseur but we will be back for it! We ended up getting the prime ribeyes and they were so tender and flavorful! The marbling is out of this world and the quality is the best! We paired that with creamed spinach, truffle fries, and roasted vegetables! If you are looking for and amazing restaurant that has white glove service, kind hospitality, and high quality food this is the place to go! Provecho! 🤗

This was our 54th wedding anniversary and we were served a gorgeous dessert complete with sparklers and we were even serenaded by a young artist on the electric violin. What an incredible memory! Thank you!

The service, food, and ambiance is unbeatable. Everything we had wowed us. From the guacamole appetizer to tacos de chicarrón, to the filet mignon. The guava dessert was mind blowing. And they had a band that set the mood perfectly!

Chef Vicente Torres is a chef originally from Ibiza, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean and one of the most well-known cuisines in the world, which influenced his cooking. He received his first Michelin star at the restaurant La Sucursal, in the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM). The concept was developed and executed by Bruce James, who with an eclectic and sophisticated design, managed to create an atmosphere that escapes San Miguel de Allende. The ornamentation, reflections, and geometry play an important role in constructing a timeless environment that refers to the aesthetics of Art Deco, and at the same time, has design touches that place us in the current context and intensify the contrast between the past and present. The eclecticism that characterizes this project can be seen in its cuisine, a mix of a brasserie and a steakhouse. The bar was recovered from an old cantina, which now offers an exquisite selection of whiskeys and classic cocktails.

We believe this is one of the best restaurants in San Miguel. The staff was wonderful, the drinks were great and the food was the best we have had. The restaurant is beautiful!
