The uplifting familiar music, attentive service, and spectacular views from all 6 terraces come together to create a fun & entertaining atmosphere that is the “Quince Experience.” After helping make Quince the “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” in 2020, Quince’s exec. chef, Gonzalo Martinez, is still evolving the culinary scope of its menus.

All seats are in the fresh open air with different coverages, including umbrellas, retractable awnings and hard cover. Seats have different views of SMA’s gorgeous sunsets, mountains, iconic churches and its historic Centro. Everyone did an outstanding job of taking care of us. From the drinks to celebrating KEITH’s birthday. The food, the wine, David, our waiter, and the other staff were excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful night. Oh, and I forgot the view which was spectacular. 🥰

Wonderful birthday dinner last night. Special bread service, great Greek salad, grilled octopus with saffron potatoes, and wonderful sea bass, plus special dessert (Sofrío).

The service, food, and ambiance is unbeatable. Everything we had wowed us. From the guacamole appetizer to tacos de chicarrón, to the filet mignon. The guava dessert was mind blowing. And they had a band that set the mood perfectly!

Very nice, good cocktails, the pasta was really good but not the meat. Beautiful views but there’s other terraces with similar views that prices are more reasonable and offer good food too

Chef Vicente Torres is a chef originally from Ibiza, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean and one of the most well-known cuisines in the world, which influenced his cooking. He received his first Michelin star at the restaurant La Sucursal, in the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM). The concept was developed and executed by Bruce James, who with an eclectic and sophisticated design, managed to create an atmosphere that escapes San Miguel de Allende. The ornamentation, reflections, and geometry play an important role in constructing a timeless environment that refers to the aesthetics of Art Deco, and at the same time, has design touches that place us in the current context and intensify the contrast between the past and present. The eclecticism that characterizes this project can be seen in its cuisine, a mix of a brasserie and a steakhouse. The bar was recovered from an old cantina, which now offers an exquisite selection of whiskeys and classic cocktails.
