My partner and I reserved this bistro site unseen to celebrate our wedding since ourselves and our guests traveled from out of town. And let me tell they did not disappoint. Out side of the amazing food was the amazing staff and manager who made all of our requests come to fruition. Jason and Tiffany are truly amazing at what they do. 5 stars isn’t enough. We will def be returning to experience this again.

Violet was a great waitress. The food was all so delicious. Prob my favorite meal I’ve had there yet… I had the fish (salmon). Husband was so pleased w the pollo farfalle and the Della casa salad was exceptional!

The highest quality raw ingredients, such as eggs from Happy Egg based in Rogers, AR, who also supply Michelin starred restaurants in New York and Los Angeles, are used to create fresh pasta daily. The pasta is made using equipment by Imperia & Monfeṙṙina imported directly from Asti, Italy. Breads are sourced locally from Harvest Moon Bakery.

Service, food, drinks, and company were top notch. We always enjoy Prima. We had a lovely dinner on the patio prior to attending the Fort Smith Symphony. The staff was great to get us taken care of within the timeline we had with our following event.

We had a wonderful dinner and the service was fantastic. My only criticism is we arrived 15 minutes early for a 5:30 reservation and they made us wait 15 minutes before seating us so we ended up sitting outside (my parents are both in their 90s). The restaurant was half empty and the table that we eventually were seated at was available at the time we entered. Not a good first impression but the service thereafter and food more than made up for it.

We split the pork belly and pressed watermelon and both thought it delicious. The seasonal heirloom tomato gazpacho was exceptional. We split the Ribeye dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the medium rare steak and roasted mushrooms. Service was excellent and low key as we like it. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re ever near Bentonville.

Gaskins was an amazing experience. The service was amazing. The cocktails and food were stellar. Everything cooked to perfection as ordered. Highly recommend and will definitely return and try more on the menu.

The service and atmosphere were wonderful. I was a bit cold most of the time but that is usually the case for me year round. Salad bar and sides were excellent. All the meats were great except the BBQ ribs were tough and I barely got a few bites off them but the other meats were incredible. Great service! All around a great experience!
