This place is a hidden Eureka gem and located in the beautiful downtown district. The original structure was built on solid rock which has had an active spring running constantly. This unique rock formation provides a comfortable romantic setting for a great dining experience.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant!! The food, the service and the ambiance are all 5 stars. Our waitress, Rhonda, was superb!! My husband had the rib-eye and mushrooms and I had the filet with asparagus. Even was cooked to perfection. Too bad we live 6 hours away. I would be eating at The Grotto on a regular basis if we were locals .

What a great place for dinner. The restaurant is in a house, a 5 minute drive from Bentonville square. We had a 7:30 reservation and the place was full and lively. The service was great and the food delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Food was wonderful as always. Noise level was on the loud side, large groups, football weekend. Service was amazing! We always dine here when in town, we will be back!

I cannot say enough about this place. Excellent food, exceptional service, staff is very knowledgeable about the items they offer. Excellent service at the bar. Kudos to management who clearly has staff that enjoy their jobs. The ambiance is more than relaxing , Prima Italian is very well put together and very clean. My new go-too place. My husband and I had a great time and delicious meal. We will definitely be back!

We are located right in the heart of the historic Fayetteville square, and welcome you to join us for an incredible meal in an inviting, lively atmosphere. Our kitchen uses only select mesquite wood to insure every item has just the right amount of smoky flavor. About the Building

Built in 1911, this historic building began its important role in the Fayetteville community as the city Post Office. In 1974 it was saved from demolition by a citizen-led petition, and gained National Historic status. We are honored to continue the tradition of bringing people together and celebrating the citys history in the beautiful Old Post Office.

So incredibly good. We had the tostada, peaches, tofu curry, endive salad, broccoli, and the mahi mahi. The tofu curry, endive salad, and broccoli were exceptional but everything was great. Service was also outstanding and the place is beautiful. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing meal at Mezzaluna! We had the three mozzarella appetizer, amazing cocktails, the lobster dish and the Bolognese! Finished off with the 3 gelato choice! We loved everything. Ambiance and service were excellent!
