About the restaurant
Progressive American Cuisine. The cuisine has a foundation in French and European technique with an emphasis upon using locally sourced, high quality, fresh products.

Oren is a fruit and vegetable forward restaurant meaning much of the menu development begins with the local produce and there will be an emphasis on technique to bring out the best of the produce as opposed to luxury products. While Oren is not a vegetarian restaurant, those with dietary restrictions will find themselves well accommodated.

About the restaurant
The Wild Fork in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been open since 1995, the brainchild of two friends, Julie Woolman and Kim Michie. Located in Utica Square, the restaurant still maintains much of the character its predecessor left behind, but the kitchen has been updated and the menu is continuously revised. When the weather is nice, the patio is open and dogs are more than welcome to visit The Wild Fork with their owners.

There is a complete wine list to order from at The Wild Fork. A popular lunch item is the Wild Caesar salad served with olives, feta, artichokes and parmesan. For something a bit heavier, try our lobster pasta with lemon butter sauce, toasted bread crumbs and capers.

Loved Wild Fork and will return for sure! We had the Wild Caesar Salad to share and crab cakes and halibut. All nicely prepared and well-portioned. Took advantage of less than searing July temps to dine on the patio which was a popular choice. Nice cocktails and wine list that covers all the bases. Saw a few burgers go by and they looked devine. Cheers!

The korean fried chicken my husband had he absolutely loved and said it was delicious. Spicy but very good. I had the buddha bowl and it was not good, the ingredients were limited other than a lot of lettuce and it had way too much dressing.
